Postage These are the estimated postage rates for Australia wide postage. Confirmation of postage charges will be provided on the invoice.  Lip balm postage charge is $4.50 for up to a quantity of 1-6 items. For other items; Under 500g = $8.40  From 500g to 3kg = $11.70  From 3kg to 5kg = $19.20  Please contact us for a quote on orders over 5kg.  Registered post is available upon request for an extra $3.00 (in addition to shipping charges) this comes with a standard insurance coverage of up to $100.  For international postage rates please contact us prior to purchase. Items will be posted/delivered upon receipt and within 2 days of full payment.

Payment Payment can be made by Paypal, direct deposit, money order. Please specify your preferred method of payment when you place your order and we will provide the payment details in your invoice. Please wait until you receive your invoice before processing payment.
Lay-By 4 weeks for purchases under $50.00 with a 5% deposit. 6 weeks for purchases over $50.00 with a 10% deposit.  
Refund/return Policy If you have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us as we are more than willing to problem solve & reach a mutually beneficial agreement & we love to communicate with buyers. Full refunds are given only when an item is grossly misrepresented or by agreement within 7 days of invoice date with return postage at buyers cost.
